the location allowed easy access to transportation. the staff was helpful with directions. my room had soft pillows and a comfortable bed. i found the checkout process quite accomodating, available until 12 o'clock.

the gym are was small and seemed crowded during peak hours.

i appreciated the hotel's location near the city center. the spa was spacious and offered much needed relaxation. the view of the donau river was also a plus.

My room did not have bottled water. That was inconvenient. the staff could have been more friendly, particularly at reception. the breakfast selection felt limited.

The breakfast quality disappointed me. Hot items such as bacon and eggs were consistently cold. staff also cleared our table while we were getting food, a clear lack of training. this disrupted our meal and detracted from the experience.

the location was fine, i guess. it was near some stuff.

The air conditioning barely worked. The room was stuffy and uncomfortable! i mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing changed. also, the lack of room service after 9 pm was a major inconvenience. i was exhausted and had to find food somewhere, not fun at all.

the location is excellent. my room faced the square. i also appreciated the water offered in the room. breakfast had many different choices.

The tv had netflix. i couldn't get it to work. apparently, this is a service the hotel no longer provides.
